Transport
We’ve invested in custom made equipment to make sure we deliver on pace with our production capacity of up to 5 lockers per day.
Assembly and installation
We’ve made sure to streamline the deployment process as much as possible for both our autonomous and non-autonomous parcel lockers.
Training of client personnel
Using robust training materials, we take the responsibility to train client personnel at commissioning and whenever the client deems necessary for new staff.
Online and telephone support
Our specialists are glad to provide support for any questions you have or take action using coordinated IT and video monitoring.
Servicing and maintenance interventions
Through the use of our software, different kinds of interventions can be scheduled to be executed by ARKA or courier company representatives
